CONMEBOL Libertadores 2024 began its day this Tuesday with six games, with two wins for the local team, one away win and three draws.

In the first round, Caracas and Rosario Central tied 1-1 at the Olympic stadium of the Central University of Venezuela in Group G. Edwuin Pernía ahead of Los Rojos del Ávila and Agustín Módica tied for Canalla.

In turn, Gremio beat Estudiantes with a 1-0 at the La Plata stadium, in Group C, to obtain its first joy in the competition. Nathan Fernandes gave the Tricolor three points against Pincha. Grêmio achieved its first victory in the championship.

Then, Atlético Mineiro achieved its third consecutive victory in Group G by beating Peñarol 3-2 at the Arena MRV. Gustavo Scarpa -2- and Paulinho scored for the Galos, while Maximiliano Olivera and Maximiliano Silvera scored for Manya.
