• February 23: San Diego FC plays its first MLS match against the LA Galaxy 
• May 14–18: Rivalry Week 
• June 15–24: Club World Cup and Gold Cup pause 
• July 23: MLS All-Star Game at Q2 Stadium in Austin, Texas 
• July 29–August 31: Leagues Cup 
• October 18: Decision Day, which concludes the regular season
