The goals of the match for the local team were scored by Sebastián Driussi (16′ 2T, from a penalty and 55′ 2T), Jader Obrian (18′ 2T) and Guilherme Biro (21′ 2T). While the away goals were scored by Paul Marie (19′ 1T), Jeremy Ebobisse (12′ 2T) and Amahl Pellegrino (28′ 2T).

Referee Lukasz Szpala was in charge of supervising the game at the Q2 Stadium.

On the next date Austin FC will face St. Louis City as a visitor, while SJ Earthquakes will play at home against Colorado Rapids.
